San Miguel Foundation's Mission is focused on assisting economically challenged individuals and families of all multicultural backgrounds, receive social services, preventive health care, health care education and direct delivery of medical services.
Our Innovation
San Miguel Foundation (SMF) is a pioneer innovator in Los Angeles County providing a variety of services to critical population who are desperately in need of health care and social related services. SMF has been actively responding to the needs of the Los Angeles County community's most helpless seniors, children and their families
Our Efforts
Over the past years, SMF has initiated a number of new efforts laying the ground work to accommodate the forgotten by enhancing and providing a massive Senior Citizen Center and 24 hour - & days a week Urgent Care facilities available to those in need.
